Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Position
A welcoming and collaborative school district in the Mesa area is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for the upcoming school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment with flexible caseload options and strong team support.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time school-based opportunity
- Pay range: $50–$60/hour for both direct and indirect services
- Multiple caseload options available: PreK, Elementary, Middle School, and High School
- Supportive special education and multidisciplinary teams
- Opportunity to work with a diverse student population
- Guaranteed weekly hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and services for students
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona OT license or eligibility
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
