Service Technician – HVAC

Vista Pros Heating & Cooling is growing and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
- Manage your time effectively and work independently
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year HVAC experience (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clean background and ability to pass drug screening
- Valid work authorization in the U.S.
Pay:
$25–$30/hour (based on experience)
