Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers at the company display within partner retail warehouse locations
• Initiate conversations to generate interest in the company’s residential air-conditioning replacement services
• Schedule in-home appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates
• Represent the company in a professional, honest, and ethical manner
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
• Possession of a smartphone
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an indoor, air-conditioned environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
