Family Physician - Multiple Locations
Adelante Healthcare is looking for Family Medicine Physicians to join our team who are passionate about providing care to the underserved communities in the metro Phoenix area. We were founded in 1979 when there was a need for healthcare for farm workers and migrants. Since that time we have grown and now have 9 clinics throughout Maricopa County (Phoenix and surrounding areas), and are continuing to grow as the demands for quality healthcare continues. We provide Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental and Behavioral Health.
Our Federally Qualified Health Centers provide care to a diverse patient population in a Patient Centered Medical Home model through multi-disciplinary care teams. We are Joint Commissioned Accredited and affiliated with local medical schools. We are currently growing and I would like to talk with you about a position with us.
