School Admin - Front Office and Outreach Coordinator
Location: Pinnacle Charter Schools – Casa Grande, Arizona (On-site).
About Us:
MGRM Pinnacle operates Pinnacle Charter Schools, a Cognia-accredited network of alternative schools across Arizona. Established in 1995, we’ve supported student success for nearly 30 years through innovative and flexible education models. Today, we offer 100% online instruction supported by local school sites that provide structure, connection, and personalized support for students working toward graduation or credit recovery.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a resourceful, welcoming, and proactive individual to join our Casa Grande campus as the Front Office and Outreach Coordinator . This role goes beyond front desk responsibilities — you’ll be the face of our campus, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering strong relationships with students, families, and the local community.
Our current on-site student population is small, which means you’ll play an especially impactful role in creating a supportive, tight-knit environment and helping drive community awareness and enrollment efforts.
What You'll Do:
Front Office & Site Operations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors — greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Keep the front office and shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including file maintenance, supply deliveries, and site logs.
- Maintain organized student files and handle paperwork related to attendance, records, and compliance.
- Ensure basic site operations and equipment (e.g., printer, phones) are running smoothly.
- Support the site’s compliance with records and administrative procedures.
Student Support & Positive Site Culture:
- Track daily attendance and follow up with families to promote consistent student engagement and retention.
- Support students with day-to-day needs and questions while on site.
- Promote a safe and respectful school culture in partnership with the site team.
- Assist instructional and advising departments in identifying and addressing student needs.
- Be a steady, helpful presence students can trust.
Community Outreach & Enrollment:
- Collaborate with site leaders to implement strategies that boost community visibility and enrollment.
- Represent the school in the community through outreach calls, visits, and events.
- Assist with enrollment events, school tours, and new student onboarding.
- Guide prospective families through the enrollment process with care and clarity.
- Respond to inquiries about our programs and share information in clear, accessible, and welcoming ways.
- Contribute to building a strong, positive local reputation for the school.
Who You Are:
- A personable communicator who enjoys working with people of all backgrounds.
- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Genuinely passionate about helping students thrive.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, front office, or outreach-related roles.
- Experience working in a school or youth-focused setting is strongly preferred.
Why This Role Matters:
This is your chance to be part of something meaningful. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming space where students feel seen and valued—and you’ll play a key role in growing our presence in the local community. With your energy, care, and professionalism, you’ll shape how families experience our school from the very first interaction.
Compensation & Benefits:Salary for this position is competitive and based on prior experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and life insurance coverage, as well as an employer retirement contribution.
