Job Title: BDC/Operations CoordinatorDepartment: Business Development Center / OperationsReports To: Service Manager / Operations ManagerLocation: Sanderson Lincoln Job Summary:The BDC/Operations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers by managing incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating pick-up and delivery of vehicles. This role supports the Service and Operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience, efficient scheduling, and smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or team member. * Schedule service appointments accurately, confirming customer information and service needs. * Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules for customer vehicles, ensuring timely and reliable service. * Communicate with customers regarding appointment reminders, status updates, and follow-up calls. * Maintain accurate records of appointments and transportation schedules in dealership systems. * Support daily operational tasks as assigned, assisting with workflow between departments. * Provide excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or dealership environment preferred. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
