Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will be essential to division communication, administration, and document control. You will handle project control documents, support project management organization, schedule meetings, and ensure projects stay on course and are fully supported. If you’re passionate about construction and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this position is for you! Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the organizational setup of project control documents, including prime contracts, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, plan logs, procurement logs, billing, invoicing, and compliance documentation.
- Provide project management support and coordination.
- Schedule meetings, publish meeting minutes, and distribute documents and directives to the estimating team.
- Organize and maintain pertinent data and document revision control.
- Experience: 2+ years in construction or related field, and/or bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of multiple product types and trades.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, AutoCAD (viewing)
- Skills: Proficient in technical reading and writing, objective thinking, and problem solving.
- Attributes: Dedicated, resourceful, adaptable, analytical, balanced, reliable, organized, and punctual.
- Reports to Division Manager and/or Managing Member
- Desk and computer-based work.
- Inspect job sites: walk up to 1 mile, climb stairs.
- Lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Occasional visits to job site and satellite offices.
- Work in a growing and supportive environment.
- Gain exposure to a variety of construction projects.
- Be part of a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
