JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares, reviews, and negotiates client contracts.
• Recognizes and understands business terms, legal concepts, and areas of risk to efficiently negotiate client contracts that manage risk to the company.
• Ensures adherence to the company’s contract policies and procedures.
• Manages contract lifecycle process including preparation and execution of contracts, tracking negotiations, tracking client specific requirements, and abstracting fully-executed contracts.
• Provides guidance to business teams and operations regarding areas of risk, contractual language and existing contractual obligations.
• Provides support and assistance to the Client Services Team, key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, gathering information and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to Company policies, procedures, and business practices.
• Performs other projects as requested to support Greystar’s Client Services team.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years minimum of relevant experience in contract negotiations or administration and/or property management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills including tact/diplomacy, persuasion, negotiation, and cooperation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Assertive with the motivation to work independently and self-directed.
Additional Compensation :
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
