Internet Sales Associate - Nissan

Courtesy Nissan is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Associate to join our team. You will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving online sales and customer engagement, responding to inquiries from online leads, providing personalized assistance, and guiding potential customers through the digital purchasing process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer centric approach, and a deep understanding of automotive products and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following below, as well as other responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform online sales activities to achieve automotive sales objectives.
- Identify and contact potential customers for vehicle purchase opportunities.
- Schedule daily customer appointments (phone, text, email) and make Courtesy vehicle product presentations.
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan from your supervisor.
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers in reviews and customer evaluations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Attending sales training and educational programs for professional development.
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies with your Sales Managers and determine sales goals.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma.
- Be able to work outside and inside, safely operate/drive cars, trucks and vans, and has light duty work replacing tags.
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Must be available to work 7-5 weekly with some Saturdays, Holidays and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Some Automotive sales knowledge helpful, but NOT required.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
