UCT is looking for a talented Expeditor II to join us in Chandler, AZ!
The Expeditor II is responsible for expediting and ensuring the continuous supply of materials to production to meet the output, quality, on-time delivery, safety, and housekeeping in the manufacturing line with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines, work protocols, and corporate policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with internal customers to coordinate and Drive Deliveries to meet the production schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of production schedules and production process/sequence.
- Able to identify delays to the delivery schedule or production impacts and communicate needs to action owners.
- Arranges the disposition of jobs to meet production schedules.
- Compiles and reviews production schedules, reports, and status/location to approach jobs in various stages of WIP.
- Able to demonstrate to the customer their understanding through words and drawings.
- Be able to work with senior management to create and compile day-to-day job-specific information using detailed drawings, customer-supplied specifications, and customer interaction.
- Reports any issues with equipment, tooling, resources, or anything that can affect production flow.
- Experienced in product, organizing, integration, and control with respect to production delivery schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation, workflow, and tools.

- Self-motivated with little or no supervision.
- Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP/MRP software).
Educational/Certification Requirement :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- At least a year of purchasing or planning experience.
Work Environment:
