-Part-Time Manager (Keyholder)

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Open and close the store as a keyholder, ensuring cash handling accuracy and adherence to security procedures. Deliver exceptional, discreet customer service by advising on products, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Support inventory management: receive shipments, restock shelves, and maintain merchandising standards aligned with brand presentation. Train and coach part-time staff on selling techniques, product knowledge, and store policies to maintain consistent customer experiences. Execute daily operational tasks, including cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and maintaining a clean, compliant sales floor. Monitor shrinkage and implement loss-prevention best practices while documenting incidents and communicating with management. Contribute to local marketing initiatives and community outreach that drive foot traffic and brand loyalty. Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work flexible part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Basic cash handling experience and comfort operating point-of-sale systems. High school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation to the Cactus Rd/Paradise Village Pkwy store. Professional demeanor handling sensitive topics with discretion and respect for customer privacy. Preferred Qualifications Previous retail or supervisory experience, preferably in specialty or lifestyle retail. Familiarity with inventory management and loss-prevention procedures. Experience training or mentoring new team members. Passion for sexual wellness, inclusive customer service, and ongoing product education.
