What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.

• Assist engineers with system upgrades, new installations, and process improvements.

• Learn to modify and support PLC/HMI programs under supervision.

• Perform inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on critical equipment.

• Collaborate with teammates to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

• Keep accurate documentation and service logs while following strict safety standards.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance with a focus on controls/automation.

• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or other PLC platforms.

• Working knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, and sensors.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot effectively.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Electrical, Automation, or related field preferred.
