Looking to grow your career in automation? We’re hiring an Automation Equipment Technician to join our Phoenix team. What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.
Assist engineers with system upgrades, new installations, and process improvements.
Learn to modify and support PLC/HMI programs under supervision.
Perform inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on critical equipment.
Collaborate with teammates to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Keep accurate documentation and service logs while following strict safety standards.
What You Bring
2+ years in industrial maintenance with a focus on controls/automation.
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or other PLC platforms.
Working knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, and sensors.
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot effectively.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Associate degree or technical certificate in Electrical, Automation, or related field preferred.
