Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 20252026 School Year
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary Range: $70,000 $92,000 per year (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic K12 educational team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity supporting students across specialized and resource programs in a diverse and collaborative learning environment.
Position Highlights:
- Caseload of approximately 60 students
- Includes students receiving SLI-only services
- Supported by a skilled SLPA one full day per week
- Autonomy to direct SLPA responsibilities
- Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals and school policies
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete related documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and specialists to ensure student success
- Provide guidance and oversight to the SLPA
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Arizona SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
