We are currently seeking ​a Sales Team Member - Quick Lube to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose vehicle health, engage customers, collect and enter vehicle information into the computer system, make appointments with customers, communicate well with teammates, and fully inform clients about the conditions of their vehicle while offering products and services. Knoweldgeable, Caring, Communication

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and intern automotive vehicles
• Provide amazing customer service to every customer
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
• Provide customers with complete vehicle health reports
• Maintain appointments calendar, log, and customer communications

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields - knowledgeable about basic vehicle automotive scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment and processes
• Experience and confidence required for strong customer engagement regarding vehicle maintenance
• Scheduling experience
• Deadline and detail-oriented
