Compensation: Up to $16.00 per hour
The number includes an average tip of $6.00 per hour. What we strive for: a culture of choice, great crew members, and a chance to make a difference in your community. What we don't guarantee: tip averages. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2024 reporting.
Note: A Food Handler Permit or Certification is required based on state/local regulations. At Dutch Bros, we are a fun-loving, mind-blowing company, making a massive difference one cup at a time.
