Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, managing diagnostic tests, and creating individualized healthcare strategies
• Diagnosing and managing a range of health conditions independently or collaboratively with physicians (credentialing dependent)
• Instructing patients and their families on preventive measures, wellness strategies, and effective disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies aligned with your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic care initiatives
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive, integrated patient care
• Recording detailed and accurate information within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure them within 90 days)
