Manufacturing Operator

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate-controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.

Set-up and run manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production / processing operation.

Follow production / process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product. This may include monitoring speed, temperature, diameter measuring equipment, flow meters, gauges, valve position to ensure adherence to production / process specifications.

Perform in process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes and micrometers.

Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Jobs may be of short, medium or long duration, requiring frequent change in set up and variation in cycle.

High school diploma/GED. Dependability, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

$17.00 /hour. Health, Dental and Vision coverage after 30 days. 401K with company contribution of 5% plus matching after 90 days. 88 paid holiday hours per year. Paid time off (up to 120 hours paid time off after one year).
