Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance calls.
Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
