RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week (3/12's)
• Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Must have telemetry experience to apply
• Float pool position requiring willingness to work between multiple departments and facilities
• Patient ratio: 6:1
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
• Required: Arizona license, BLS, ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Scrub color: Any color
• EMR: Cerner required
• 13-week assignment duration
• Start ASAP - within 2 weeks of offer acceptance preferred
