Vaco is seeking a Staff Accountant in Scottsdale, Arizona!

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain accounts receivable and manage invoicing and collections
  • Resolve billing issues and monitor outstanding balances
  • Process customer payments and evaluate credit risk
  • Set and manage customer credit limits
  • Prepare receivables and aging reports
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Reconcile company credit cards and vendor statements
  • Coordinate sales tax exemptions and filings with compliance
  • Participate in inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Support month-end close

Requirements:
  • 2 years of full cycle accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required)
  • Willingness to go 5 days on site
  • Salary $75-80k
