We’re looking for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You’ll be accountable for scope, schedule and budget as well as technical quality of engineering deliverables as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations. You’ll effectively recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly. Your expertise will bridge the gap between the client’s needs and startup schedule with the installation of their vendor-supplied equipment. You will work with a home office team to coordinate the engineering activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. You will coordinate the electrical design with other disciplines. Your highly interactive team will produce power and lighting plans, single lines, electrical equipment layouts, raceway plans, cable schedules, panel schedules and installation details.
You’ll assist with the more complex portions of the design process as you provide on-site assistance and direct face-to-face client interaction. You will define and develop installation packages, interacting directly with the client, owner and contractors, including on-site assistance. You and your team will work closely with the owner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC), and IEEE standards
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Professional Engineer license in Arizona
- Design experience in a manufacturing facility
- Working knowledge of Revit as well Navisworks and/or Revizto
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams often located in different offices
Posted Salary Range: Minimum
102,900.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
135,075.00

The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $135,075.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
