Top of The Rock Server Assistant

The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the dining room during evening shifts. This position ensures timely preparation and service, maintains cleanliness, and assists servers in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Shift:

• Evening/PM shift (typically between 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM); hours may vary based on business demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper table setup, bread and water delivery, and clearing dishes.
• Reset tables promptly for incoming guests during dinner service.
• Ensure waters are refilled regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, server stations, and side work areas.
• Stock server stations with necessary supplies including napkins, glasses, and cutlery.
• Support turnover between seating to maintain flow and guest satisfaction.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), and bending.
• Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service.
