As a Full-Time Auto Technician at Jerry Seiner Casa Grande, your typical day will be both challenging and rewarding. You will begin with a review of assigned repair orders and assess the day's workload before setting up your work bay. Your day will involve diagnosing vehicles and performing a variety of repairs, from brakes and suspension work to electrical and engine diagnostics, based on your skill set. Throughout the day, effective communication with service advisors is key, as you document your findings and flag completed tasks in our system. The work pace is steady and often guided by flat-rate efficiency, requiring strong technical skills and excellent time management.
