Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on deep foundation drilling equipment including rotary drills, augers, pile drivers, casing oscillators, rotators and associated machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate service logs and parts inventory.
• Fabrication and welding for tooling repairs and customization
• Collaborate with project teams to support equipment needs on-site.
• Travel to project sites nationwide.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, preferably in construction, drilling, or foundation industries.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery in the field.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset.
