Are you a passionate professional with experience in student recruitment, sales or Dental Treatment presenting? Do you excel in dynamic environments and showcase your expertise in communication? If so, we're seeking an individual like you to join our team as an Admissions Specialist.
As the Admissions Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently enroll potential students into our dental programs and ensure their timely arrival for appointments. On a daily basis, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with prospective students and helping them fulfill their dreams of joining the dental workforce.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Enthusiasm and Passion: You're eager to make a difference in students' lives with an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work.
- Professional Expertise: With 3+ years in student admissions OR 5+ years of Sales experience, you know how to get potential students scheduled, ensure they show up for their appointments and get them enrolled.
- Exceptional Communication: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch, and you excel in human and time management.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Managing time and solving problems are part of your DNA.
- Education : Associates or higher is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Coordination: Answer incoming calls and coordinate tours for prospective students.
- Enrollment Support: Assist students with obtaining financing and enrolling in classes.
- Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to meet class enrollment requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in student admissions is required. OR 5+ years of sales experience in the medical/dental or education space.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with staff across all departments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Online CRM system
- Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational, and multitasking abilities.
