As the Admissions Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently enroll potential students into our dental programs and ensure their timely arrival for appointments. On a daily basis, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with prospective students and helping them fulfill their dreams of joining the dental workforce.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Enthusiasm and Passion: You're eager to make a difference in students' lives with an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work.
• Professional Expertise: With 3+ years in student admissions OR 5+ years of Sales experience, you know how to get potential students scheduled, ensure they show up for their appointments and get them enrolled.
• Exceptional Communication: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch, and you excel in human and time management.
• Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Managing time and solving problems are part of your DNA.
• Education : Associates or higher is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Coordination: Answer incoming calls and coordinate tours for prospective students.
• Enrollment Support: Assist students with obtaining financing and enrolling in classes.
• Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to meet class enrollment requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in student admissions is required. OR 5+ years of sales experience in the medical/dental or education space.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with staff across all departments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Online CRM system
• Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve goals.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational, and multitasking abilities.
