Firearms Sales Associate / Retail Sales Associate

SnG Tactical is hiring a Firearms Sales Associate / Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Tucson, AZ. This position focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and sales in a regulated retail environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with retail sales experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and following detailed compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and product assistance

• Assist customers with firearms, ammunition, and accessories

• Accurately complete required sales documentation and compliance paperwork

• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal and state firearm regulations

• Meet individual and team sales performance goals

• Stock merchandise and maintain sales floor organization

• Support daily store operations and cleanliness standards

• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and compliance requirements

• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Flexible availability, including weekends

• Must be able to pass a background check as required by law

• Must comply with all workplace drug-free policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Firearms retail or industry experience

• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories

• Experience with social media or content creation
