HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a well established FQHC organization with their search for an BC/BE OBGYN Physician to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The growth potential is exponential and benefits start rolling in day one!

- Setting: OBGYN (Outpatient/Inpatient)
- Schedule: Full-time
- Start Date: 30-90 Days
- Job Requirements: Must be BC/BE in OBGYN, Unrestricted AZ license/ Driver's license, Active DEA, Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card by AZDPS, Experience preferred (in FQHC)
- Duties: Deliveries, Postpartum care, Exams, Family Planning, etc.
- Compensation: Competitive salary (Commensurate with experience) + Productivity Bonus - Negotiable
- Benefits: Full Benefits, PTO, CME, Eligible for loan forgiveness, J-1/ H-1B Visa, Malpractice coverage
