HVACR Field Diagnostics Technician — Commercial

Your impact
- Tackle commercial installs, tune-ups, and repairs across heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Pinpoint root causes quickly and restore performance with confident troubleshooting.
- Execute preventive maintenance and inspections that stop problems before they start.
- Translate technical findings into clear guidance for customers.
- Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements on every job.
- Log work performed and parts used with accuracy and completeness.
- Stay sharp on new products, tools, and industry advancements.
Must-haves
- HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent credential.
- Minimum 3 years of field experience in HVAC service.
- Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, instruments, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Comfort working independently and within a team environment.
- Clear communicator with a service-focused mindset.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
