Superintendent (Phoenix)
I am partnered with a well-established national Commercial General Contractor that continues to expand its footprint across the U.S., delivering complex, high-quality projects in key sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to join their team.
This firm has built a strong reputation within E ducation and Healthcare construction , so candidates must have proven experience delivering projects within these sectors.
What they are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Superintendent
- Strong background delivering E ducation and/or Healthcare projects
- Recent tenure with a General Contractor
- Ability to manage site operations, schedules, and subcontractors effectively
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from preconstruction through project completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
- Maintain and drive project schedules , ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Conduct regular site meetings , progress updates, and reporting
- Ensure quality control and resolve any on-site issues proactively
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
