Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe and Chandler areas. The positions we are looking for are Security Officer, Patrol Driver and Flex (On-Call) Officer. All positions are competitively paid, and are based on experience (on-the-job training is provided). We also offer basic health insurance, six (6) paid holidays per year, merit raises (based on job performance and/or Client recommendation), an 'Officer of the Month' incentive. Security Officer Requirements:
§ Minimum age: 18
§ Possess a valid Arizona DPS Guard License
§ Possess a High School Diploma or GED
§ Possess reliable transportation (buses, taxis, relatives & friends are exempt)
§ Possess active and reliable forms of communication, which can be either a residential (home) phone and/or a cell phone
§ Be willing to submit to a drug screen
§Be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
§Be able to work outside during inclement weather conditions, including Arizona's extreme summer heat
§ Be able to accept occasional overtime hours (remaining on post after scheduled shift ends, arriving early, or accepting a post on an 'Off' day)
§ Be able to speak, read and write English clearly (being bi-lingual is a plus; however, it is not required)
§ Be able to operate & navigate state-of-the-art 'electronic reporting' software and hardware (specific posts where applicable, with training provided)

Patrol Driver/Field Supervisor Requirements:
§ Minimum age: 25
§ Meet all qualifications specified above as a Security Officer
§ Possess a clean driving record
§ Possess prior patrol driving experience (one (1) year minimum)

Flex (On-Call) Officer Requirements:
§ Minimum age: 18
§ Meet all qualifications specified above as a Security Officer
§ Possess a Full- and Part-Time positions available for highly motivated and dedicated Security Officers in the flexible, personal schedule
§ Possess ability to accept multiple and/or random shifts with short or no advance notice

Interviews will be held with the VSS Branch Manager or the Patrol Manager after review of the applicant's qualifications. Pay rates for all above positions are based on your professional experience and/or our Clients.
