Team Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Efficiency Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated, organized, adaptable, and communicative Team Administrative Assistant to join our in-office team. Training is provided. There are growth opportunities and benefits available after the initial probationary period.

Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, critical thinking, organizational & problem-solving skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop) preferred
Duties:
- Timesheets from ExakTime & Service Titan - daily verification of accuracy, making corrections, notifying Superintendents of errors or clarifications, manage employee inquiries regarding timesheets
- Sick Time entry into ExakTime after payroll.
- Various QuickBooks exported reports (i.e Time by Summary)
- Data entry/verification for manual reports (AZ Sales Tax & WIP)
- Accounts Receivable, Payment Processing, and Collection
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
