Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Light Commercial Service Tech competent with HVACR and troubleshooting Commercial Lo-Temp, walk in Refrigerators, Freezers and Ice Machines and HVAC technician to troubleshoot and service The ideal candidate will have a strong service background and experience with and project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
Manage and oversee HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the project.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during jobs.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Salary: Pay range is EXTREMELY Competitive and DOE
