TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified OR RN in Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001!

Shift detail: 3 X 12 18:30 - 07:00 - CHARGE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS 

Weekend REQ: As needed, usually every 3rd weekend, On-Call REQ: NO CALL

Blocked Scheduling: Not guaranteed but unit will do their best to accommodate.

Special Requirements
*Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds.
*Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies).
*Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.
Certs & License:
*Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required
*BLS, ACLS – Required
