Landscape Maintenance Team Technician
Terra Verde Landscape Solutions is looking for a Landscape Mow Operator. Job is located at 1498 W Melody Drive Gilbert AZ (McQueen/Baseline).
Work involves:
- *$500 HIRING BONUS.
- *$500 REFERRAL BONUSES when you refer quality candidates after hiring.
- Mowing turf areas with both riding and push behind mowers.
- Edging.
- General clean-up including weed removal.
- Trimming plants.
- Trash removal.
- Operating a variety of different mowers, edgers, blowers, and other equipment used for landscape maintenance.
Requirements:
- Requires minimum 1 year experience with hustler, walker and 21s. Be prepared to test for proficiency on all equipment.
- Requires year-round, outdoor physical work.
- A valid AZ driver's license is a plus.
Compensation:
- Pay is DOE.
- Paid days off.
- Health Insurance.
Terra Verde Landscape Solutions provides landscape maintenance, enhancement and installation services, arbor services and technology-driven water management services to high-profile homeowner association and commercial properties. We work with property management companies, commercial property groups and general contractors. We are actively involved in the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA) continuing education programs in an effort to foster true landscape professionals.
