We’re building a next-generation platform connecting artists, collectors, and retailers — and we’re looking for an energetic sales lead to help us grow it.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales & Brand Development Lead , you’ll be the driving force behind our retail and wholesale growth in the Phoenix region. You’ll represent premium art and lifestyle products, build partnerships with galleries and boutiques, and create the playbook for regional expansion.

This position starts as a remote and travel-based role while we establish our new Phoenix operations and relocate our core base of business to Arizona. You’ll be on the road meeting clients, attending events, and managing schedules from the field.
As Brakebee expands into a permanent facility in Phoenix, this role will transition into an office-based leadership position with a growing multi-regional team.

This position is perfect for someone who’s motivated by opportunity, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership role quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail and event sales for Brakebee’s art and gourmet brands and partnership lines.
• Develop wholesale relationships with galleries, boutiques, and specialty stores.
• Launch and manage a product demo team for gourmet lines.
• Assist in artist recruitment for Brakebee’s creative platform.
• Plan regional sales strategies and expand into new markets.
• Build and train future sales representatives across regions as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Sales or marketing experience (retail, events, or wholesale).
• Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by growth and results.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Base Pay: $35,000–$45,000
• Commission: Uncapped — retail, wholesale, and team bonuses
• Estimated OTE: $55,000–$90,000+
