We are currently seeking to hire Energy Consultants to join our team! We create hundreds of warm solar leads every week and as we continue to grow our lead generation team we are looking to hire Consultants to work with our pre-set appointments as well as self generate business by canvassing. We encourage those with all types of sales backgrounds to apply to our open position and help us continue to create a cleaner environment and help homeowners save money!
This position is full time and driving is a required part of the role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
Manage pre-set appointments
Self-Generate business by canvassing door to door
Be a positive influencer in team meetings
Live the company's core values
Qualifications:
1+ Years of sales experience
Must have reliable transportation
Open and flexible schedule
Organized
Ability to self-manage
Professional background

Our Pay
You are paid for each appointment that results in a sale. Earnings are uncapped. Based on 6-7 appointments and 1-2 sales per week, this role pays $75,000-$100,000 a year. Commission based pay rewards you directly for your efforts. Promotions are performance based, and there are no minimum time requirements.
Salary: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
