Remote Client Advisor - Veteran Services

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to support veterans and their families as they explore supplemental coverage options designed to protect their financial well-being. In this role, you will meet virtually with clients who have requested a consultation—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom

• Explain available coverage options in a clear, respectful, and professional manner

• Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support

• Maintain accurate client records using cloud-based systems

• Participate in weekly training sessions and development meetings
