We are seeking an experienced and forward-looking Program Manager to join the Global
Servicing Technology team and support the Small and Medium Market, and Corporate
Onboarding Vice Presidents with all their products and projects. In this pivotal role, you will be
responsible for supporting the Head Engineering Office, driving strategic initiatives, and
ensuring the successful execution of programs and initiatives that drive organizational goals..

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Program Management
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a strategic program roadmap that
aligns with the organization's objectives.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact programs for 5
different platforms, 10+ scrum teams, 100 people and ensure alignment with business
priorities and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering
leaders, product owners, PMOs and business partners.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring a
unified approach to achieving program goals.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and issues associated with programs and implement proactive
mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on the status of programs, providing timely updates to leadership
on progress, challenges, and resolutions.

· Track and manage program budgets, making recommendations for adjustments as
needed.
· Track and manage monthly cost of each initiative for each platform in the delivery
team and make recommendations and coach teams for adjustment as needed.
· Support directors with Clarity PI reviews and the yearly investment planning process.
SDLC Compliance:
· Ensure SDLC processes are followed, and compliance is met. Coach team as needed
to ensure adherence to standards
Continuous Improvement:
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Global Commercial Services,
identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and implement
best practices.
· Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, staying informed about industry trends
and emerging technologies.
· Foster an environment to promote AI adoption and scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager and Delivery Manager in a technology or engineering
environment.
- Strong knowledge of Rally, Jira, Jira Cloud, Confluence, Nvision and Clarity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and Expense Management products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with emerging AI Technologies.

Track and manage program budgets, making recommendations for adjustments as
needed.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
