Position: Driver / Laborer / Customer Service

Location: Tempe, AZ

Compensation: Up to $26/hr - Uncapped earning potential (including base pay $15.50, profit share, and tips)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service : WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
• Sales : Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
• Truck Operations : Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
• Junk Removal : Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk)
• Marketing : Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter - from Guerrilla Marketing to promotions and sales.
• Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers belongings.

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s License : Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
• Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday

Qualifications:

• Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.

• Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
• Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
• Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
