Digital Advertising Specialist
Are you a strategic, data-driven digital marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results? CyberMark is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on paid search to manage high-impact campaigns for franchises and small business brands.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on planning, launching, and optimizing Google Search campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with client goals and industry best practices. You’ll also support strategy and execution across additional platforms like Meta, Microsoft, YouTube, and Amazon DSP. We use powerful marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution, experience with these is a plus, but if you’re used to working directly in ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta, we’ll train you on our systems. As a Digital Advertising Specialist , you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships through proactive communication, and provide performance-driven insights to optimize campaign outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, analytical, and collaborative, ready to make a measurable impact at a growth-focused digital agency.

Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and develop actionable plans to foster growth through digital advertising strategies.
- Present performance data effectively to clients and keep internal teams informed of key initiatives and challenges.
- Launch localized ad campaigns in line with brand standards and developed blueprint strategies.
- Perform keyword and audience research to develop campaigns strategies across search and social channels.
- Write effective ad copy for search, social, and video ads, as well as landing pages.
- Analyze account performance using captured data to identify underperforming areas and improve results, aligning campaigns with industry benchmarks.
- Ensure client campaigns meet objectives and reflect best practices, using data insights to drive actionable recommendations.
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency setting
- Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing digital marketing plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
- Google Search Ads Certification required; Meta/Basis certifications a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Franchise or multi-location experience preferred
- Experience with the legal industry preferred
- Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok, Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Waze
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (salary based on experience)
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 (must commute or relocate before starting)
