Au Pair

We're a loving family in search of a responsible, upbeat, and compassionate au pair to help care for our two young daughters. If you enjoy imaginative play, spontaneous dance parties, and forming meaningful bonds with children -- all while lending a helpful hand around the house -- we'd love to welcome you into our home. Our girls are full of personality, curiosity, and joy -- and we're looking for someone who sees this as more than just a job, but an opportunity to become part of a family. Your Core Responsibilities: Provide loving, attentive care for our two young daughters (ages 16 months and 3 years.) Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities: crafts, outdoor play, stories, pretend play, etc. Prepare simple meals/snacks for the children Help keep shared spaces tidy, especially the kitchen and play areas Load/unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen clean after meals Do children's laundry and help maintain an organized environment Occasionally help with school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups (must be comfortable driving) Be a safe, warm, and consistent presence for our kids You Must Have: Previous experience with young children (nannying, babysitting, or au pair work) CPR and First Aid certification (required) A valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) A proactive, dependable, and positive attitude Strong communication and time-management skills A playful, nurturing spirit -- and patience for big feelings in little people Willingness to pitch in around the house and be a true team player What We Offer: Private room, meals, and weekly stipend Paid time off/Flexible schedule (we both work from home) Respectful and open communication A welcoming family atmosphere where you'll be valued and supported Occasional opportunities for travel with our family (if interested) Access to a car for driving duties and approved personal use A chance to build a genuine connection with two sweet and spunky girls
