Position Overview The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of budget, schedule, and execution . This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with field leadership and clients to ensure successful delivery while driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Drive project profitability through cost control and change order management
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure efficient and high-quality execution
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project scope
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and financial updates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Oversee project documentation, invoicing, and closeout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle (precon to closeout)
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and contract management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working closely with field teams and construction leadership
• Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related background preferred
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
