Commercial Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Own Projects from Dirt to Done:
  • Lead all phases of commercial TI projects, including client walkthroughs, estimating handoff, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and final punch.
• Be the Communicator Everyone Trusts:
  • We believe communication makes or breaks a project. You’ll keep clients, teams, and subs aligned, early and often, so there are no surprises, only solid outcomes.
• Lead the Field Team:
  • Work with our superintendents and trade partners to ensure every job site reflects our quality standards, schedule expectations, and safety commitment.
• Manage the Budget Like It’s Yours:
  • Track project costs, process change orders promptly, and protect margins while delivering top-tier results.
• Drive Quality & Safety:
  • Hold yourself and others accountable to craftsmanship, OSHA compliance, and long-term value for the client.

What You Bring:

• TI Experience Required: 5+ years managing tenant improvement projects in the commercial space.
• Ground-Up Experience a Plus: We value ground-up experience, especially for fast-paced QSR and retail builds.
• Strong Communicator: You’re clear, proactive, and reliable , clients and teams know exactly where things stand.
• Team Leader: You motivate, coordinate, and get results through others, not around them.
• Tech Fluent: Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and able to learn quickly.
• Ownership Mindset: You treat every project like it’s your name on the line.
