Position Overview

Artisan Colour, a premier commercial printing and marketing fulfillment company in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, your primary objective is to build and own a dedicated book of business by identifying high-potential prospects and cultivating the relationships that drive long-term revenue. We are looking for a proactive hunter who thrives on securing net-new accounts and turning initial wins into lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Prospector: Target and engage high-value commercial prospects to uncover business printing needs, utilizing phone, email, and in-person strategies to secure qualified opportunities.
• Account Management: Collaborate with project managers to build accurate estimates in our MIS, securing new business and managing the production lifecycle for your book of business
• CRM Champion: Leverage HubSpot daily to organize your workflow, track outreach, update account statuses, and ensure total transparency across your pipeline.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Artisan with unquestionable integrity at industry events and conferences to network and uncover new market trends.
• Team Collaborator: Cultivate a friendly, respectful rapport with manufacturing teams to bridge the gap between your client’s expectations and production realities.

Qualifications

• New-Business Generator: A verifiable track record of self-generating leads and closing net-new commercial print business.
• Print and Fulfillment Expertise: Experience and knowledge of digital printing, marketing fulfillment, and consultative client solutions.
• Client Retention Expert: Retain partnerships through responsiveness, accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and best-in-class customer service.
• Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with prospects, customers, team members, and vendors.
