Electronics Engineering Technician

We specialize in mission-critical fast-charging infrastructure for industrial and airport environments. We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Electronics Technician to support our engineering team in product development and provide world-class technical support to our B2B partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• R&D & Validation: Develop and enhance test cases; perform rigorous hardware and firmware testing on DC fast-charging systems.
• Troubleshooting: Read and interpret complex schematics; diagnose electronic circuits using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and power analyzers.
• IoT & Systems Support: Provide 3+ years of hands-on expertise in IoT-enabled systems, ensuring seamless hardware-to-software connectivity.
• Issue Tracking: Document bugs and hardware failures in JIRA ; track open issues through re-testing and final acceptance.
• Technical Documentation: Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) generation, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and the development of internal test procedures and external technical manuals
• Bench Work: Perform high-precision soldering, wiring, crimping, and full electro-mechanical assembly of power electronics.
• Field & Remote Support: Deliver expert technical assistance via telephone and web, with occasional onsite travel for commissioning or advanced repairs.

Qualifications:

• Education: AAS or BS in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in product development support, testing, and validation.
• Technical Support: 3+ years of experience supporting complex hardware/software systems for end-users.
• Assembly Skills: Proven mastery of soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office and experience with bug-tracking software (JIRA preferred).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for drafting technical manuals and conducting client calls.
• Availability: Must be willing to travel 10-15% to support onsite projects.
