Tree Climber Foreman
- Personal Climbing Equipment – Required
- 3 Years of Verified Climbing Experience – Required
- Valid AZ Driver's License with Clean Driving Record– Required
- E-Verify Eligible – Required
- Demonstrate and perform proper pruning and safety practices.
- Work at temperatures of more than 110 degrees both safely and efficiently.
- Climbing living and dead trees, using proper PPE, rigging techniques and equipment, trimming and removing varieties of trees in all sizes.
- Knowledge as an equipment operator with Skid Loaders, Hydraulic and Manual Stump Grinders, Chainsaws, Brush Chippers, Extension Power Pruners, Etc.
- Knowledge of how to properly maintain company equipment provided. (i.e. sharpening chainsaw chains, cleaning air filters, and lubing grease points on equipment, etc.)
- Support and receive direction for work to be completed and be held accountable for production and quality standards.
- Must be available to work during the following when necessary: Fridays, Weekends, Emergency Call Outs, Monsoon Storm Season.
- Non-Certified Tree Climber $20 - $30 Per Hour DOE
- Pay can be negotiated for an experienced candidate with certifications

- This is for Full-Time Employment, No annual layoffs with year-round work.
Compensation: $20 - $30 Per Hour DOE
