Customer Service Representative-Healthcare (Bilingual)
**We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare – Autism Specialty)**
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to support our healthcare operations, with a focus on donor and prospective patient communication within an **autism specialty setting**.
This role is ideal for someone with strong call-handling skills, a patient-first mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment.

Strong **customer service and call-handling experience**
Proven ability in **relationship-building, follow-ups, and high-touch communication**
Background in **handling inbound and outbound calls for autism-related healthcare** is highly preferred
Comfortable working in a **24/7 call center environment**
Excellent listening, documentation, and problem-solving skills
**Medical or healthcare experience is a strong plus**, but not required
