• Handle communications, follow-ups, and project execution.

• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.

• Support both business priorities (projects, launches, partnerships) and personal life (family, household, personal logistics).

• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Qualifications

• Adaptability — able to pivot between business strategy and personal logistics.

• Tech-savvy: proficiency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software, etc.).
