As a Direct Care Professional in Buckeye, Arizona, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct care or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar.
• Experience working with youth in a behavior group home or similar.
• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
