About the Role:
A high-performing boutique law firm is seeking entrepreneurial Lateral Partners with a portable book of business. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, low-conflict environment with top-tier support and a transparent compensation model designed to maximize partner earnings.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead client engagements and manage complex legal matters
- Grow and deepen client relationships
- Collaborate with elite attorneys from top firms and schools
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, autonomy, and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of legal experience
- Proven track record of client development
- Portable book of business (minimum threshold negotiable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative, non-political environment
